Après plusieurs mois de discussions avec les producteurs de Disney, Zac Efron vient finalement accepter de participer au troisième épisode de "High School Musical".
Pour info : Zac était un peu réticent car il reçoit beaucoup de propositions pour le cinéma. Mais le beau gosse a finalement cédé avec à la clé un petit chèque de 3 millions de dollars !
Les principaux protagonistes de la saga sont donc réunis et le tournage devrait pouvoir commencer en mars 2008.

Des photos d'elle, nue, ont circulé sur internet, provoquant la colère des producteurs de la série phénomène High School Musical. Mais elle fera quand même partie du casting du troisième volet...

La belle héroïne de High School Musical a défrayé la chronique chez Disney et choqué les fans début septembre. Des clichés d'elle dans des tenues sexy, et en tenue d'Eve, ont circulé sur internet.

Les photos en question auraient été envoyées par Hudgens elle-même à son petit ami de l'époque, Drake Bell, lorsqu'elle était mineure. Le représentant de Bell a catégoriquement démenti cette possibilité, expliquant qu'il « n'a jamais reçu ces photos ».

De son côté l'actrice, aujourd'hui âgée de 18 ans, s'est excusée auprès de ses fans et a assuré que ses photos n'auraient jamais dû sortir de l'intimité.

Suite au scandale, le magazine américain Ok! a annoncé le renvoi de Vanessa Hudgens, se fiant aux dires d'une source proche des studios qui déclarait « Les responsables de Disney ont finalement décidé qu'ils ne voulaient plus d'elle ».

Mais Disney a formellement démenti, ne voulant sans doute pas se priver du talent de la comédienne-chanteuse. Elle sera donc bien présente dans le troisième volet, retrouvant son partenaire à l'écran : Zac Efron. Show must go on !
